The new DuraGlass™ column is a new style of Poly-Class Column. It offers the classic beauty that homeowners and commercial property owners appreciate. Made from lightweight fiberglass, these columns are easy to cut, easy to install, and strong enough to carry heavy loads. DuraGlass™ columns have all the same elemental resisting benifits of Poly-Class columns.

DuraGlass™ Columns are available as non-tapered square columns. They are made for pultruded fiberglass which is 65% lighter that the Poly-Classis Columns' fiberglass reinforced polymer. Just like wood, DuraGlass™ columns are easy to handle and can be trimmed on site. Don't let the lightweight fool you. DugaGlass™ columns have an extremely high strength-to-weight ratio, and pound-for-pound are stronger that steel in the lengthwise direction. They are stronger and have a higher flexural strength that timber, so you can depend on them for maxium load-bearing capacity. The hollow center is useful as a channel for downspouts, wiring, and plumbing. These columns are impact resistance and will not permanently deform under impact.
