Column Types

Our Wood Colonial Columns are recommended for interior usage as well. These columns are an economical alternative to Architectural Columns. Wood Colonial Columns have a more simplistic style to them than their above counter parts. These columns are made for Finger Jointed Pine and are considered Paint Grade wood columns.

Next we offer our Poly-Classic Columns which works wonderfully for both interior and exterior use. The Poly-Classic Columns are made for a "Roto-Cast" fiberglass-reinforced polymer. They have a limited life time warranty and will not rot, warp, stain, or suffer insect damage. These columns can be painted with oil or acrylic based primers and paints.

The Poly-Craftsman Columns are most commonly use in exterior areas, but work just as well for interior environments. The Poly-Craftsman Columns are sometimes refered to as the "Poly-Box", or as a "Knock-Down" column. These columns comes in 4 separate pieces that are assembled at the customers location, and as such makes them well suited for wrapping existing posts and pipes that may already be in place.

Lastly, the DuraGlass Columns is a very light weight Fiber glass column that has limited loading bearing capacity. It is identical to the right most Poly-Classic Column. (see picture above and left) DuraGlass Column are available with or without the upper neck-ring.
